On Monday, a man was hurt after he crashed his vehicle into a Via bus bench just north of downtown.
As per the initial information, the single-vehicle accident took place at about 12:22 a.m. on St. Mary’s Street and East Euclid Avenue. The early reports showed that a man, in his 20s, rolled his vehicle through the bus bench at the intersection and was trapped in the vehicle.
On arrival, emergency responders busted out the windshield to rescue the driver from the vehicle. He was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. No other details are immediately available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
