A man, who appeared to have been in his 60s, lost his life after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday in the Hyde Park area.
As per the initial information, the fatal auto-pedestrian collision took place at around 11 p.m. on Arlington Avenue and 51st Street. The early reports showed that the man was crossing a street in the Hyde Park area of Los Angeles when he was hit by a vehicle.
The man succumbed to her injuries at the scene. The driver involved stayed at the scene and was questioned by officers. The identity of the deceased will be released once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.
The incident remains under investigation.
