On Thursday morning, a man riding his bicycle died after a motorist hit him in Phoenix.
As per the initial information, the fatal bicycle accident took place near 42nd Avenue and Camelback Road. The early reports showed that the male bicyclist was struck at around 8:20 a.m. The man succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
On the other hand, the driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with the officials. Speeding and impairment do not seem to have contributed to the accident. The identity of the bicyclist will be revealed once the next of kin is notified. No other details are available.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under review.
