Male pedestrian hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash in Fresno (Fresno, CA)

A male pedestrian received injuries after getting struck by a vehicle Thursday in Fresno.

As per the initial information, the hit-and-run accident took place just before midnight at the intersection of Fruit Avenue and Clinton Avenue. The early reports showed that a vehicle hit the victim walking on a crosswalk and then left the scene. On arrival, first responders rushed the pedestrian to a hospital with unspecified injuries.

It is unknown if the crosswalk lights were on when the incident occurred. Authorities have not provided any details regarding the suspect or the hit-and-run vehicle. No other information is available.
