A 57-year-old woman from Lone Jack sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on US-50 at Alley Jackson Road in Jackson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred the morning of Oct. 7, 2026, at approximately 8:21 a.m., the Patrol's online crash report states. Both vehicles involved — a 2021 GMC Sierra and a 2022 BMW 339 — were traveling westbound at the time of the collision, according to the report.

The female driver was transported to a medical facility for treatment of injuries described as minor, the Patrol reported. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

Troop A of the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated the incident.
