A 21-year-old Wyandotte, Kansas, man was injured Monday night in a single-vehicle crash on Belle Center Road about two miles west of Joplin, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol said the crash occurred at 8:40 p.m. on September 28, 2026, and involved a 2019 Hyundai Kona that was traveling west on Belle Center Road at the time.
The driver, the only occupant reported, suffered moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the highway patrol said. No other vehicles were involved, and no fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D is investigating the incident, which was logged under crash report number 260414113.
