A juvenile motorcyclist suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Farm Road 138 east of Springfield, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The crash happened on September 14, 2026, at approximately 7:20 p.m. in Greene County, about five miles east of Springfield, the Patrol reported. The rider was operating a 2022 Kawasaki KLX motorcycle eastbound on Farm Road 138 at the time of the crash, according to the report.

The young driver was transported to a medical facility for treatment of serious injuries, the Patrol said. No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no fatalities were reported.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop D is investigating the incident. The crash has been logged under report number 260393152.
