A juvenile driver suffered moderate injuries Tuesday afternoon when a car left the roadway on Nicholas Road about a mile north of Nixa, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The Patrol said the crash happened at approximately 3:10 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2026, and involved a single vehicle, a 2003 Toyota Avalon that was traveling southbound at the time. The driver, a juvenile, was injured and transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported.

No other vehicles were reported involved in the crash. The incident, logged under case number 260425230, falls under the jurisdiction of Troop D.
