A juvenile bicyclist suffered serious injuries after a collision with a passenger car on Locust Street near Armstrong Street in Cass County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The crash happened around 8:25 p.m. on Aug. 8, 2026, the Highway Patrol said. A red 2009 Honda Fit was traveling eastbound on Locust Street when it collided with the bicycle just east of the Armstrong Street intersection, per the crash report.
