A two-vehicle crash on Route E in Gasconade County left one driver with serious injuries the morning of Oct. 8, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred about 7:07 a.m. along Route E, roughly 1.5 miles west of Missouri 89, the patrol said. A 2017 Chevrolet Cruze was traveling westbound while a 2012 Freightliner M2 was headed eastbound at the time of impact, according to the Highway Patrol's online crash report.

A 35-year-old female driver suffered serious injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol reported. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F is investigating the incident, which has been logged under crash report number 260427478.
