One person was injured Tuesday morning after a two-vehicle crash on westbound Interstate 44 west of St Mary's Road in Franklin County, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 10:14 a.m. on June 30, 2026, patrol records show. Both vehicles involved — a 2017 Freightliner Cascadia and a 2003 Toyota Corolla — were traveling westbound at the time, according to the Highway Patrol's online crash report.

A 34-year-old male driver from Sullivan, Missouri, sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol said.
