One person suffered moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash the morning of July 1 at the intersection of Highway 100 and Thornton Road in Franklin County, according to a preliminary online crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash, logged as incident 260273008, occurred at approximately 9:10 a.m., the Patrol's report states. Troop C responded to the scene.

According to the Patrol, the crash involved a 2023 Ford Transit traveling eastbound and a 2013 Chevrolet Impala traveling northbound. The driver of one of the vehicles sustained moderate injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the report says.
