A four-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 270 south of Interstate 44 left one person with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The patrol reported the crash occurred at 6:45 a.m. on September 8, 2026, in St. Louis County. Troop C, which covers the area, is handling the investigation.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report, four vehicles were involved: a 2024 Kia Forte, a 1999 Ford Escort, a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta, and a 2012 Honda Civic. All four vehicles were reportedly traveling westbound at the time of the collision.
A 20-year-old female driver sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the patrol said. No other injuries or fatalities were reported among the occupants of the other vehicles.
