A four-vehicle crash on MO 92 at Century Drive in Clay County left a 20-year-old Excelsior Springs woman with serious injuries on Oct. 27, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at approximately 4:40 p.m. and involved a 2015 Ford Edge and 2006 Ford Mustang traveling east, a 2015 Ford Focus traveling west, and a 2024 GMC Sierra traveling east, the patrol's online report states.

The injured driver was transported for medical treatment following the collision, according to the Highway Patrol. No fatalities were reported among the four vehicles involved.
