A four-vehicle crash on southbound I-470 in Jackson County left one driver with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at mile marker 11.6 at 9:56 a.m. on July 21, 2026, per a preliminary Patrol crash report. Troop A is handling the investigation.

Four vehicles, all traveling southbound, were involved: a 2024 Cadillac Escalade, a 2018 Jeep Wrangler, a 2014 Lexus RX-350 and a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, the Patrol said.

A 66-year-old woman from Lee's Summit, Missouri, sustained minor injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol's report.
