A four-vehicle crash on Interstate 44 eastbound in St. Louis County left one person with minor injuries on the afternoon of July 6, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 4:45 p.m. west of mile marker 275.6, the Patrol's online crash report states. All four vehicles were traveling eastbound at the time: a white 2012 Mercedes CLS, a black 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander, a 2023 Genesis G70, and a 2024 Kia Telluride.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time of the crash, according to weather data.
One occupant sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported. No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
