A four-vehicle crash on southbound Interstate 270 north of MO-100 left one driver with moderate injuries on Sept. 24, 2026, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:25 p.m. and involved a 2011 Ford Escape, a 2020 Ford Escape, a 2011 RAM 1500 and a 2011 Acura TSX, all traveling southbound at the time, the report states.
A 34-year-old man from St. Louis sustained moderate injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, according to the Highway Patrol. No other injuries were reported among the occupants of the four vehicles.
Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop C investigated the crash, which is listed under incident number 260407631.
