Four people, including two juveniles, were injured in a two-vehicle crash on US-61 southbound at North Point Prairie Road in St. Charles County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary crash report. The collision occurred at 4:40 p.m. on July 15, 2026, and was investigated by Troop C.

The crash involved a 2022 Jeep Compass traveling northbound and a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas traveling eastbound, the Patrol reported.

Among those hurt were two juvenile occupants — one who sustained minor injuries and another who suffered serious injuries — both of whom were transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol. The drivers of both vehicles, a 31-year-old woman from Foristell and a 44-year-old woman from St. Charles, also sustained serious injuries and were taken for medical care, the report states.

No fatalities were reported in the crash.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision. This report will be updated as officials release additional information.
