Four people suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on US-63 about 2 miles south of West Plains, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The crash was investigated by MSHP Troop G, which logged the incident on Aug. 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.

The patrol's report identifies the vehicles involved as a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer and a 2015 Mazda CX5, both traveling southbound at the time of the collision.

A 25-year-old woman from Mammoth Springs, Arkansas, and a 46-year-old woman from West Plains, Missouri, were both driving and sustained minor injuries, the patrol said. Two juvenile occupants in the vehicles also suffered minor injuries. All four were transported for medical treatment, according to the crash report.

No fatalities were reported in the crash. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has not released further details regarding the circumstances leading up to the collision.
