Four people were injured when a 2006 Honda Accord left the roadway on MO-E near mile marker 136 in Crawford County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report. The crash occurred at 5:57 p.m. on Aug. 13, 2026, as the vehicle was traveling southbound.

The Patrol reported the Accord was occupied by four people at the time of the crash: a juvenile driver, an 18-year-old male passenger and two 22-year-old male passengers. The juvenile driver sustained serious injuries and was transported for medical treatment. The 18-year-old occupant, from Steelville, Missouri, suffered moderate injuries and was also taken for treatment.

Of the two 22-year-old occupants, both residents of Sullivan, Missouri, one sustained minor injuries and the other serious injuries; both were transported for medical care, the Patrol said.

Drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I is investigating the crash, which is documented under crash report number 260342884.
