Four people were injured, including a juvenile, in a two-vehicle crash on Route W at Marisol Manor Way in Jefferson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's preliminary crash report.
The crash occurred at 1:25 p.m. on July 19, 2026, and involved a 1997 Lincoln Town Car traveling southbound and a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder traveling northbound, the Patrol said. Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
A 21-year-old woman from House Springs was driving one of the vehicles and sustained minor injuries, the Patrol reported. A 39-year-old woman from St. Charles, driving the other vehicle, sustained moderate injuries. A 42-year-old man, also from St. Charles, sustained minor injuries, as did a juvenile occupant. All four were transported for medical treatment, according to the Patrol's report.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, operating under Troop C jurisdiction, is handling the investigation into the crash, identified in Patrol records as incident 260303908.
