Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon on Route W about two miles north of Lebanon, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash was reported at 1:45 p.m., per a preliminary online crash report from the patrol.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a northbound 2020 Honda Civic and a southbound 2014 Ram 1500 were involved in the collision on Route W in Laclede County.

According to the patrol's preliminary report, a 53-year-old female driver from Lebanon and a 53-year-old female driver from Phillipsburg each sustained moderate injuries and were transported for medical treatment. A 24-year-old female occupant from Phillipsburg and a juvenile occupant both suffered minor injuries and were also taken for medical care, the report states.

Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop I is investigating the crash, identified in patrol records as incident 260384363.
