A five-vehicle crash on I-70 Eastbound at mile marker 203.0 in Warren County left eight people injured on July 13, 2026, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report. The patrol said the collision occurred at approximately 2:46 p.m. and involved a black Toyota Camry, a white International tractor trailer, a red Volvo tractor trailer, a white Infiniti QX80 and a grey Lexus RX350, all traveling eastbound at the time.
Among those hurt were four juvenile occupants, three of whom sustained minor injuries and one of whom suffered moderate injuries; all four were transported for medical treatment. A 22-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman, both from O'Fallon, Illinois, were also injured, with the man sustaining moderate injuries and the woman minor injuries, and both were taken for medical care. A 26-year-old man from Wentzville, Missouri, who was driving one of the vehicles, suffered moderate injuries, as did a 38-year-old woman from O'Fallon, Illinois. An 86-year-old woman from St. Louis, driving another of the vehicles, also sustained moderate injuries and was transported for treatment.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, operating under Troop C jurisdiction, is handling the investigation into the crash, identified in patrol records as incident number 260294118. No fatalities were reported.
