A five-vehicle crash on Interstate 70 westbound near Route A in St Charles County left one driver with serious injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. on July 18, 2026, the Patrol's online crash report states. Investigators identified the vehicles involved as a 2017 Dodge Ram, a 2015 Ford Fusion, a 2024 Dodge Ram, a 2014 Ford Escape and a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro, all traveling westbound at the time.
A 34-year-old woman from Moscow Mills sustained serious injuries in the crash and was transported for medical treatment, the Patrol reported.
Weather data for the area at the time of the crash indicated dense drizzle with light rainfall and a temperature near 87 degrees.
The crash was investigated by Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. No additional details on the cause or sequence of the collision have been released.
