A chain-reaction crash involving five vehicles on eastbound Interstate 70 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive left one driver with minor injuries, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The collision occurred the morning of August 18, 2026, in St. Charles County and involved a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado, a 2023 Hyundai Sonata, a 2017 Nissan Rogue, a 2026 Mazda CX-30 and a 2024 Hyundai Tucson, all traveling eastbound at the time, the Patrol's report states.
