A two-vehicle crash on Old Highway 21 at MO-21 in Jefferson County left five people injured, including three juveniles, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.

According to the Patrol's online crash report, the collision occurred on August 15, 2026, at approximately 4:05 p.m. on northbound Old Highway 21 near its intersection with MO-21. A 2025 Subaru Outback was traveling southbound while a 2015 Kia Sorento was headed northbound when the two vehicles collided, the report states.

Three juvenile occupants were injured in the crash, with one sustaining a minor injury and two sustaining moderate injuries, per the Patrol. A 20-year-old male driver from House Springs was also treated for minor injuries, while a 30-year-old female driver from Fenton suffered moderate injuries, according to the crash report. All five injured individuals were transported for medical treatment, the Patrol said.

No fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol's Troop C is investigating the incident, identified in Patrol records as crash number 260344175.
