COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) An elderly Tennessee man suffered serious injuries in a crash in Boone County on Monday afternoon. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 78-year-old man from Johnson City, Tennessee, was driving a 2026 Subaru Outback westbound on Interstate 70 at the 136-mile marker in Boone County at 3:28 p.m. Monday.
