A multi-vehicle crash shut down eastbound Interstate 70 near mile-marker 117 in Boone County, between Boonville and Columbia, according to KMIZ.
Both eastbound lanes were initially closed following the collision, KMIZ reported. One lane reopened shortly before 8 a.m., allowing limited traffic to move through the area while crews worked at the scene.
