A driver suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash west of Joplin, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened the night of Sept. 10, 2026, around 10:04 p.m. on Central City Road, about two miles west of Joplin in Jasper County, the Highway Patrol's online crash report states.
A 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander was traveling northbound on Central City Road when the crash occurred, according to the Patrol. The driver was transported for medical treatment after sustaining serious injuries, authorities said.
A Troop D unit with the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to and investigated the crash, which was logged under incident number 260387654.
No other vehicles were reported involved, and no fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
