A driver suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on MO-O east of Perry County Road 620 near Perryville, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The patrol said the crash happened on Aug. 12, 2026, at 3:05 p.m. as a 2013 Chevrolet Impala was traveling eastbound on MO-O. The vehicle was the only one involved, according to the report.
