A driver suffered serious injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Veteran Road about three miles southwest of Montevallo, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The crash happened on Aug. 19, 2026, at approximately 5:40 p.m., the Patrol's online crash report states. A 2008 Chevrolet Equinox was traveling eastbound on Veteran Road at the time of the incident, according to the Patrol.
The driver was transported for medical treatment after sustaining serious injuries, the Patrol reported. No other vehicles were involved, and no fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop D, is investigating the incident under case number 260351735.
