A driver died early Oct. 19, 2026, after a single-vehicle crash on MO-141 at Old Lemay Ferry Road in Jefferson County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The crash happened around 12:30 a.m., the Patrol said. A 2014 Dodge Journey was traveling northbound on MO-141 at the time of the incident. The driver, who was the only occupant listed in the report, sustained fatal injuries, according to the Highway Patrol.
