A driver suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash late on July 4 in Bates County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at the intersection of MO-V and Southwest County Road 6508 near Amsterdam at approximately 11 p.m., the Patrol said in a preliminary online crash report. A 2019 Ford Escape traveling northbound on MO-V was the only vehicle involved, according to the report.

The driver sustained minor injuries, the Patrol said. No other injuries or fatalities were reported in connection with the crash.
