One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash on eastbound Interstate 44 in Franklin County, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report.
The crash happened at 5:47 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2026, near mile marker 247, the Highway Patrol reported. A 2024 Buick Envista was traveling eastbound at the time of the incident.
Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
The driver of the Buick sustained minor injuries and was transported for medical treatment, the Highway Patrol said. No other vehicles were reported involved in the crash.
