Driver Injured in Single-Vehicle Crash North of Waynesville

A driver suffered moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash on HWY T north of Waynesville, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 2:20 p.m. on July 27, about 2.5 miles north of Waynesville in Pulaski County, the Highway Patrol reported. A 2012 Hyundai Tucson was traveling southbound at the time of the crash, per the agency's online report.

The driver, the sole occupant listed in the report, was transported for medical treatment after sustaining moderate injuries, the Highway Patrol said. No other vehicles were reported involved.

The crash falls under the jurisdiction of Troop I, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol is handling the investigation. The report, identified as incident number 260316853, was listed as preliminary at the time of release.
