A dump truck ended up in the woods after its tire blew out while traveling west on I-96, near Saginaw Rd. at about 8:40 a.m. today. The crash caused minimal injuries to the driver of the dump truck.
Troopers from the Hometown Security Team are looking into this accident after they discovered the dump truck turned over in the woods. The driver of the dump truck incurred slight injuries as a result of the incident. It is unclear if the driver was taken to the hospital or not. No other details are immediately available.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
