A 62-year-old Dexter man died and a 62-year-old Dexter woman was seriously injured after they were struck by a vehicle on CO RD 228 near Fagus, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.
The crash occurred the evening of August 8, 2026, at approximately 7:41 p.m., about four miles east of Fagus in Dunklin County, the patrol said.
