A crash involving two vehicles on Route Z in Boone County left a teenager from Columbia injured Wednesday evening, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol said the collision occurred at approximately 7:10 p.m. One vehicle involved was a 2022 Toyota Corolla, which was traveling east on Route Z at the time, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. A 21-year-old woman from New Bloomfield was identified as the driver of that vehicle, the patrol said.
