A juvenile died and three adults were injured following a three-vehicle crash on MO-5 at Orchard Drive in Laclede County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol said the collision occurred on July 24, 2026, at 1:04 p.m. and involved a northbound 2022 Hyundai Venue and two southbound vehicles, a 2014 Toyota Prius and a 2023 GMC Terrain.

A 34-year-old male driver from Geneseo, Illinois, suffered serious injuries, while a 71-year-old female driver from Columbia, Missouri, and a 76-year-old female driver from Lebanon, Missouri, each sustained moderate injuries.
