A 19-year-old Cape Girardeau man suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on Cape Rock Drive, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol's online crash report.

The Patrol said the collision took place about 10:45 a.m. on July 15, 2026, roughly half a mile north of Cape Girardeau. A 2016 Honda CR-V was traveling southbound while a 2021 Mercedes Sprinter Van was headed northbound when the two vehicles collided, the report states.

The young driver was treated for minor injuries following the crash, according to the Patrol's report. No other injuries or fatalities were reported in connection with the incident.
