A 45-year-old Branson man suffered moderate injuries after a motorcycle crash in Powersite on October 3, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The patrol's preliminary crash report states the incident occurred at 5:35 p.m. on Ridge Circle in Taney County. A 2000 Suzuki Katana 600 motorcycle was traveling northbound at the time of the crash, the report says.

The driver was transported for medical treatment following the single-vehicle crash, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. No other vehicles were reported involved, and no fatalities resulted from the incident.

Light drizzle was falling in the area at the time, according to weather data.
