A man received injuries after a bicycle accident early Monday morning in San Antonio.
As per the initial information, the hit-and-run collision took place on North Foster Road and Summer Fest Drive on the northeast side of town at about 12:36 a.m. The preliminary reports showed that the man was riding his bike when he was hit by a car on Foster Road.
The driver left the scene after hitting the bicyclist. A Good Samaritan saw the victim and called first responders for assistance. The man was transported to Brooke Army Medical Center in stable condition. Authorities searched the area for the vehicle, but did not find anything.
No details are available regarding the vehicle or the suspect. The driver of that vehicle will be facing charges for failure to stop and render aid when they are found. No other information is available.
