On Tuesday morning, authorities identified 29-year-old Seth Hoffman as the man who died when his motorcycle crashed into a car in the Castle Hills community.
As per the initial information, the fatal motorcycle crash took place just before 6 a.m. on Moores Lane. The preliminary reports showed that a car, driven by a 19-year-old woman, made a left turn onto Pierson Place when it was struck by the motorcycle.
The bike rider, identified as Seth Hoffman, was declared deceased at the scene by the officials. The driver of the car was treated and released for minimal injuries. Impairment does not seem to have played a part in the crash. No other details are immediately available.
New Castle County Police Traffic Services Unit is looking into this incident.
