The Tucson Police Department reported a motor vehicle crash on Thursday. The accident happened on South Alvernon Way and Eat Valencia Road. The collision involved a motorcyclist.

The officials have confirmed that at last one person was pronounced dead due to the accident. It is not yet known if there were other people injured or the extent of the injuries incurred. The name and identity of the victim have not been reported yet. 

The fatal crash is being investigated by the officials. According to the TPD, it is unsure what caused the crash and how it happened. Whether drugs or alcohol were involved is yet to be found. Additional details regarding the fatal crash are not available currently.
