At least one person received injuries after a wreck Sunday on I-17 in north Phoenix.
As per the initial information, the multi-vehicle accident was reported at about 11:45 a.m. The incident led to the brief closure of all but the HOV lane on southbound Interstate 17 near Deer Valley Road. The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear at this time.
It is also unknown if anyone else was injured in the accident. Traffic was slow for about a mile in the area as of 12:15 p.m. All lanes were reopened at about 12:35 p.m. No other information is available regarding the crash.
The wreck remains under active review.
