A vehicle hit and seriously injured a pedestrian in Antioch; driver sought (Nashville, TN)

On early Wednesday morning, a pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being struck by a vehicle in Antioch.

As per the initial information, the hit-and-run crash took place at the intersection of Hobson Pike and Hamilton Church Road near Antioch High School. The early reports showed that a vehicle hit one person for undetermined reasons. The vehicle drove away from the scene after the collision.

The current condition of the pedestrian remains unknown at this time. Motorists are asked to use Mount View Road as an alternate route until the scene is cleared. The hit-and-run vehicle was described as a dark-colored, 4-door sedan with windshield damage. No other information has been revealed.

The incident remains under active review.
