A vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian in San Jose (San Jose, CA)

On Tuesday night, one person was injured after getting struck by a vehicle in San Jose.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian crash took place at about 10:25 p.m. in the 4600 block of Bolero Drive. The early reports showed that a vehicle hit a pedestrian for reasons that are yet to be known.

On arrival, emergency personnel rushed the victim to the hospital in serious condition. The identity of the pedestrian has not been revealed. The driver of the involved vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities. No additional information has been provided by the officials.

The incident remains under investigation.
