A vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian in Fresno (Fresno, CA)

On Monday morning, one person suffered injuries after getting struck by a vehicle in Fresno.

As per the initial information, the auto-pedestrian crash took place near the intersection of Cedar and Butler Avenue. The preliminary investigation showed that a vehicle hit a pedestrian for reasons that are yet to be known. On arrival, emergency crews took the pedestrian to a hospital with unspecified injuries.

The identity of the injured victim has not been revealed at this time. It is unclear if the vehicle that struck the victim stayed at the scene or not after the collision. No other details have been provided by the authorities.
