A two-vehicle accident hospitalized 2 people in NW Shelby County (Shelby County, TN)

Two people suffered injuries following a two-vehicle collision in NW Shelby County.

As per the initial information, officers actively responded to the area of N. Watkins Street and Robertson Road in northwest Shelby County at about 7:45 p.m. after getting reports of a crash. On arrival, emergency crews rushed one person to Methodist University Hospital in critical condition whereas another victim was taken to Baptist Memphis with non-life threatening injuries.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain unknown at this time. The identities of the injured victims have not been disclosed. No other details are immediately available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
