A traffic collision on 28th Street in Grand Rapids led to injuries (Grand Rapids, MI)

On Sunday, injuries were reported following a traffic collision in Grand Rapids.

As per the initial information, the motor vehicle accident took place at about 11:45 a.m. on 28th Street between Breton Road and Woodland Avenue. The incident brought down power lines in the area. According to the officials, no one suffered any serious injuries as a result of the crash.

The downed lines affected the working of the traffic signals at the intersection of 28th Street and Breton Road. The eastbound lanes of 28th Street were shut down as crews worked at the scene, but the roads have since reopened. No other details were available.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
